Refund Policy for Art Sales
We want you to be completely happy with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns: Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds: Once the returned piece is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.
Damaged Orders: If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
