Domestic Shipping (United States)
We are pleased to offer free economy shipping on all artwork orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page. All artwork is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping
For orders outside of the United States, please contact us at BrookscapeStudio@gmail.com with your shipping address prior to purchase. We will provide you with a shipping rate and estimated delivery timeframe. Once approved, your order will be shipped promptly.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Custom or commissioned works may require additional time, which will be communicated to you before purchase.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at BrookscapeStudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (for damages) or as soon as possible (for lost packages). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
